    We are fully licensed and qualified to inspect septic systems in Kitsap, Pierce and Jefferson Counties. We do all inspections including Operation and Maintenance Inspections (O&M Inspections), Loan Inspections (when you or selling or buying a home), we will thoroughly inspect your whole system including drainfields.

    Loan Inspections

    Loan Inspections are not unlike other inspections. They help you to secure a loan based on the condition of your tank. If it needs repairs, we will report to you and you can choose if those repairs are worth completing to secure a loan. 

    O&M Inspections

    Operations and Maintenance Inspections are required by most counties. If you are unsure if one is required in your municipality, give us a call and we can help you navigate that!
