Septic Inspections
Need a Septic Loan Inspection? No problem, we’ve got you covered!
When you are looking to get a loan on a property with a septic system, most lenders will require a septic loan inspection by a licensed septic inspector.
We can inspect your system to ensure the system is functional and won’t cause problems for the new homeowner.
We will inspect all of septic components like the tank, drainfield, and pipes to ensure that it meets local requirements and is working properly. If anything needs repair, we can take care of it to ensure that it will pass.
What our septic inspections cover:
- Tank and components: We will check the pipes, septic and pump tanks for leaks, cracks, and the overall condition of all components evaluating for damage, corrosion, or blockages.
- Drainfield & Distribution system: We will check to ensure that your distribution system is distributing your wastewater evenly throughout your drainfield to ensure sanitary conditions.
The results of the inspection can delay closing or even lead to a loan denial if major problems are found. A passing inspection gives the buyer confidence, while a failing one provides grounds for negotiation with the seller.
We will find your as-built drawing of the system, if available, prior to inspection.
